Ronald L. Dobervich, MA, CBA
Ron is a nationally recognized leader on Consumer Driven Healthcare.
He has written numerous trade publication articles on HRA’s/MERP’s
and Archer MSA’s. He has taught Continuing Education courses
over the last ten years to CPA’s and accountants throughout
the central United States. As a founding member of the National
Association o f Alternative Benefit Consultants (NAABC), Ron has
taught 100’s
of agencies and independent brokers on the important nuances associated
with offering and implementing consumer driven plans within the
small and large group market. He has served on the Board of Directors
for
Americans for Intelligent Health Care Reform and worked on a special
committee of CAHI (Council for Affordable Health Insurance) which
has testified before Congress on health insurance issues.
As former
President and principal owner of Diversified Group Management,
a multi-state master general agency (MGA), Ron successfully oversaw
the expansion from a small single state agency to one that was
licensed in thirty states.
He has currently partnered with Sage
Benefit Group, Inc. with offices in Minnesota, Chicago and Dallas.
Our goal as an agency is to educate
agents, clients, financial information facilitators (accountants,
human resource staff and financial planners) and insurance companies
to implement consumer-driven health plans (CDHP’s) into the
market place with an equal emphasis on employee education and wellness.

Joyce
Dobervich, MBA, CBA
Joyce is President of Sage Benefit Group, Inc. A General Agency
located in Dallas, TX. She consults and works with agents throughout
the
central United States. Her agency provides state-of-the-art plan
design, employee education and wellness. Together her and her Principal
Partner, Ron Dobervich, have instituted over 700 group plans.
Ms.
Dobervich has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing and
training specific to the Biotech/Medical Device industry, complimented
by an extensive background in public health initiatives. A former
member of the Minnesota Farm Safety Leadership team – she
represented the state of Minnesota at the 1994 National Conference
for NIOSH
sponsored Centers for Agricultural Disease and Injury Research
held at the University of California, Davis. An exciting and exceptional
public speaker, she has addressed numerous audiences at public
health
forums and works hard to promote the health and wellbeing of employers
and employees alike. Joyce is a past board member of the Minnesota
Oncology Hematology Foundation and the Minnesota Chapter of the
Liver Foundation. She is also the founder and principal of Greya
Productions
which recently worked on a Discovery film project in paleontology “Secrets
of the Dinosaur Mummy”.
